REMPLOY - Communications and Partnership Project             

Remploy had recently won a new contract which needed to be communicated to a variety of key stakeholders. Working with the leadership team, Inglis Consulting Group strategized a new communications plan which ultimately improved the performance of the Care Quality Commission's £17m Experts by Experience contract. It was then negotiated and revised against new performance indicators and successfully met.

TRI GYM C.I.C  - Fundraising Project                                    

A new start up approached Inglis Consulting Group to help get them funds to launch a programme that helped people with mental ill health access help. Speaking to end users and researching existing programmes, Inglis Consulting Group developed a fundraising plan to pitch to investors. We raised £75,000 to launch a pilot and evaluate it.

WPF THERAPY - Business Development Project

WPF Therapy needed to engage a new type of customer to increase their income. Inglis Consulting Group listened to customers, staff and stakeholders to devise a new pipeline of potential customers. The outcome was extra revenue of £250,000.

HCT GROUP - Business Development Project

HCT Group were looking to develop a new social programme that would attract investment and benefit their end users. Inglis Consulting Group talked to end users, staff, local community groups and Local Authorities. The end result was a independent travel programme for people with learning disabilities. After pitching to several investors, £1.1m was finally invested and then sold to Local Authorities as a Social Impact Bond.

NATCEN SOCIAL RESEARCH  - Sales and Project Management

Natcen needed to win a repeat contract - The Health Survey for England and look for ways to boost their services. Hosting internal and external workshops, Inglis Consulting Group developed a new programme. Then came the sales part. We hosted 12 Local Authority leaders who saw the benefits and bought the boosts, bringing in extra revenue of £1m.

YOUNG WOMEN’S TRUST  - strategic Fundraising                                 

Young Women's Trust needed to develop corporate sponsors and increase individual donor support. After talking to end users, staff and potential partners, a new social media plan was put in place. We also won 'Charity of the Year' with Cap Gemini.
